Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Khold purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
Products must be at least 25% full and returned within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund.
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

Sale items

Product sets or bundles

Subscription orders

Special promotional offers (including Buy One, Get One promotions, gifts with purchase, bonus sizes, and similar offers)

Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return has been received and processed.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Purchases from Retail Partners
Khold can only process returns and refunds for purchases made directly through Khold.ca.
For products purchased through an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly regarding their return and exchange policy.
How to Request a Return

All return requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
If your return is approved, you will receive:

A Return Authorization Number (RAN)

Detailed return instructions
The RAN must be clearly written on the outside of the package or included with your return documentation.
RANs are valid for 7 business days from the date of issue. Returned merchandise must be postmarked within this period.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If a return request cannot be approved, we will provide an explanation and, where possible, an alternative resolution.

International Orders
International customers must return authorized merchandise through their local postal service unless otherwise instructed.
For your protection, we recommend:

Using a tracked shipping service

Retaining your shipping receipt and proof of purchase

Completing customs declarations accurately
Only merchandise received by our warehouse is eligible for a refund.
Please note that duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees are non-refundable.
Canadian Orders
Canadian customers should return authorized merchandise via Canada Post.
Please do not send returns using courier services such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or similar carriers unless specifically instructed to do so.
We recommend purchasing tracking services for your protection.
Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be refunded.
Missing or Stolen Orders
If your order appears lost, missing, or stolen after shipment, please contact us at info@khold.ca.
While delivery responsibility generally falls to the shipping carrier once an order has been marked as delivered, we will work with you to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Excessive Return Activity
To protect against abuse, Khold reserves the right to refuse returns, suspend accounts, or limit future purchases where excessive or abnormal return activity is identified.
